At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Edifier products in their original box with all manuals, cables, and protective internal padding to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
